 1. Warranty Coverage by Material
 
Solid Brass & Copper Fixtures (Lifetime Warranty)

 The following components are covered for the lifetime of the product:

  • Fixture Body
  • Glare Guard
  • Knuckle
  • O-Rings & Seals
  • Surface Mounts
  • Socket Assembly
  • Protective Lens

Integrated LED Light Source & Optics (if applicable)

  • Covered for 5 years

Aluminum Fixtures (5-Year Warranty)

The following components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase:

  • Fixture Body
  • Glare Guard
  • Knuckle
  • O-Rings & Seals
  • Surface Mounts
  • Socket Assembly
  • Protective Lens
  • Integrated LED Light Source & Optics (if applicable)

2. Bulbs (5-Year Warranty)

The following bulb types are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase

  • MR8
  • MR16
  • G4
  • PAR36

3. Accessories

  • Connectors - 2 Year Warranty
  • Transformers - 5 Year Warranty

4. Warranty Exclusions

 This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • External factors (e.g., accidents, environmental damage, power surges)

5. Warranty Claims

 To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product photos or videos
  • Description of the issue

Scapegrade reserves the right to inspect, repair, or replace any product deemed defective under normal use.

6. Remedy

At our discretion, Scapegrade will:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent product

7. Disclaimer

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Scapegrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
