Return Process

To ensure a smooth and timely refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization
    Contact us at service@scapegrade.com to obtain a return shipping label and tracking number
    (Returns without an authorized label and tracking number will be rejected.)
  2. Prepare Your Return
    • Print and attach the return label to your package
    • Ensure all items are securely packed with original materials
  3. Submit Proof
    Email us a photo or short video showing:
    • The item(s) being returned
    • The attached shipping label and tracking number
  4. Ship the Package
    Drop off your package at the carrier specified on the label (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after the returned items are received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted or refunded under the following circumstances:

  • No valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Items returned without an authorized shipping label or tracking number
  • Missing packaging, labels, manuals, or identifying product information
  • Products that show signs of:

Defective or Damaged Products
